Sales Specialist (Remote, Contract)

About the role

Run Courier is a logistics technology company providing courier aggregation and e-commerce logistics solutions across Pakistan, including third-party logistics, COD management, order and warehouse management and last-mile delivery. It is looking for a Sales Specialist (Contract) to identify, engage and close new business opportunities for its logistics and technology solutions. This is a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect potential clients, conduct online demos, prepare proposals and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads and give timely, accurate information on services and pricing.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Gather client feedback and support training of new customers on platform features.
• Meet defined sales targets, keep CRM records up to date and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in B2B or technology-enabled services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Sales management exposure, such as pipeline management, forecasting and use of CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time well and prioritize multiple opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Strong communication, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal teams.
• Customer service and training ability to support onboarding and explain platform features.
• Familiarity with logistics, e-commerce or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with online presentation tools and basic data analysis for sales reporting.
