A client of Chaman Ice Cream is hiring a Retail Shop Floor Supervisor in Lahore. The role oversees daily shop floor operations and manages a team of 10+ people, covering team supervision, inventory flow, cash procedures and end-of-day operations. It suits a hands-on leader committed to customer service, operational efficiency and financial accuracy, with a willingness to learn on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 10 staff members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory control to keep stock available and at proper levels.
• Oversee cash handling, POS operations, till balancing and cash drawer management.
• Perform end-of-day register closeouts accurately and on time to reconcile cash and sales.
• Investigate and resolve cash drawer variances to maintain financial integrity.
• Prepare detailed shift settlement reports documenting sales and cash flow.
• Support team training and development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.
• Coordinate shift schedules, delegate tasks and keep the work area clean and organised.
