Sales Support Executive

About the role

MAP Supply Chain Solutions Private Limited is a logistics and supply chain services company representing a wide range of global carriers such as landing crafts, heavy lift carriers, dredgers, semi-submersible vessels, NVOCCs, trampers and tankers. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Support Executive in Lahore to support the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and presentations for clients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to gather shipment details, track ongoing projects and share status updates with customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and maintain client records in the CRM or internal systems.
• Support follow-up activities to help convert leads into confirmed business.
• Prepare basic sales reports, update order and shipment information, and collaborate with team members to keep customer service and operational efficiency high.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field preferred; relevant experience in sales support or logistics is an advantage.
• Understanding or interest in logistics and supply chain operations, particularly shipping and carrier services.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Lahore with a professional, detail-oriented approach to documentation and reporting.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients, internal teams and external partners.
• Basic sales support and customer service skills, including handling inquiries, preparing quotes and managing follow-ups.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools such as spreadsheets, word processing and email, and familiarity with CRM or similar systems.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
