Senior AI/ML & Mobile Application Engineer (iOS/Android) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a senior engineer to design, train, deploy and optimise AI/ML models for our Voice Agent platform while also building and integrating iOS and Android applications. The role covers the full AI lifecycle and requires strong mobile development expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train and fine‑tune speech‑to‑text, NLU and text‑to‑speech models.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring and retraining.
• Develop APIs and services that expose AI capabilities to backend, frontend and mobile apps.
• Develop, enhance and maintain Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) applications, integrating AI/ML and voice features.
• Create frontend prototypes, dashboards and demos using modern frameworks.
• Research, experiment and evaluate external models and vendors.

Required profile

• 7–9 years of software engineering and AI/ML development experience.
• Strong Python skills with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow or Hugging Face.
• Hands‑on experience with speech/audio processing and NLP techniques.
• Proven Android development (Kotlin/Java) and iOS development (Swift/Objective‑C).
• Experience with React, Vue.js or Angular for frontend work.
