Senior Amazon Account Manager

About the role

Eleverze is looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to own and grow assigned Amazon brand accounts, focusing on profit optimization rather than vanity metrics. You will work closely with clients to identify profit leaks, propose strategies, and oversee execution with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize client accounts on Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Upload, update, and audit product listings and content.
• Monitor account health, resolve issues proactively, and run regular audits.
• Oversee inventory forecasting, review management, and FBA shipping plans.
• Analyze performance data, manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, and refine pricing and fee structures.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate strategy updates directly with clients.
• Stay ahead of Amazon platform changes, tools, and trends.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Amazon account management, senior capacity preferred.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and priorities independently.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central (including flat‑file uploads).
• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• PowerPoint for presenting insights.
• Amazon Advertising campaign management.
• Inventory forecasting and review management.
