Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to create qualified demand for our construction and property maintenance services. Based in our Lahore office, you will manage digital campaigns, improve online visibility and develop reliable lead‑generation processes for residential, commercial and property‑sector audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across search, social media, email and other digital channels.
• Research target audiences, construction‑related keywords, competitors and market opportunities.
• Create and coordinate landing pages, ad copy, content and promotional materials.
• Track leads, conversion rates, campaign costs and channel performance using analytics tools.
• Maintain lead databases, improve lead qualification and hand over qualified leads to the customer service team.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with digital marketing, paid advertising and lead generation.
• Strong written English and professional communication with UK‑based stakeholders.
• Organised, analytical and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
