Senior Executive National Segments

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive National Segments to lead the finalisation of business plans, budgets and target setting for the commercial domain within a telecom environment. The role ensures competitive pricing across consumer segments, regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate policies to meet profitability and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control tariffs through product documentation, applying approved tariff strategies from commercial teams.
• Analyse product portfolio performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Lead projects that simplify offerings and add value through subscriber migrations.
• Identify industry trends and evolving consumer demands.
• Coordinate cross‑functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing initiatives.
• Deliver analytical insights on daily activations, revenue, subscriber traffic and churn, investigating any anomalies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews and presentations for management.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, targets and KPIs that align with commercial and corporate strategy.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecom sector.
• Strong business acumen and deep understanding of telco product pricing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Data Warehouse concepts and self‑service Business Intelligence tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
