Senior Project Manager - Mobile Application

About the role

A company is looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing web and mobile application projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee project delivery from concept to launch and ensure high-quality execution within scope, time and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of mobile app development initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively, and track performance with tools and KPIs.
• Manage client relationships and expectations, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience, specifically in mobile application projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field; PMP, CSM or similar certification preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering complex tech projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with cross-functional, remote or international teams is a plus.

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of the iOS, Android and Flutter/React Native development lifecycle.
• Tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday.com or Microsoft Project.
• Preferred: startup or digital agency experience, DevOps, CI/CD or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
