Senior Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Property Consultant to join IMARAT’s sales team in DHA, Rawalpindi. The role is focused on driving property sales, engaging prospective buyers, and delivering a high‑standard customer experience for our residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads, conduct property tours and present project details to potential buyers.
• Negotiate sales terms, prepare documentation and close deals in line with company procedures.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to stay updated on current and upcoming developments and sales campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales records, track performance against targets and report activity using CRM tools.
• Provide professional representation of the IMARAT brand and deliver exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property sales, real‑estate brokerage or business development within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Solid understanding of the Rawalpindi/Islamabad real‑estate market, pricing trends and customer preferences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (preferred); relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site, including evenings or weekends as required.

Required skills

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Use of digital communication platforms for tracking and reporting sales activity.
