Real Estate Consultant – Property Advisory

About the role

AA & Associates, a construction and project services firm in Lahore, is looking for a Real Estate Consultant to drive property advisory and business development activities. The role involves guiding clients through buying, selling, or investing in residential and commercial properties while leveraging the company’s construction expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with prospective property buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial clients.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, preferred locations, and property objectives and recommend suitable options.
• Present property opportunities, coordinate viewings, and support clients throughout decision‑making.
• Conduct market research on property values, inventory, development activity, and local trends.
• Coordinate negotiations, documentation, follow‑ups, and transaction progress with clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, property details, and pipeline activity.
• Represent AA & Associates professionally, highlighting the value of its construction, MEP, interior, and project management services where relevant.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Lahore’s real estate market, property locations, and basic valuation factors.
• Confident communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and outreach.
• Skill in assessing client needs and matching them with suitable residential or commercial opportunities.
• Working knowledge of property documentation, transaction coordination, and follow‑up processes.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, record‑keeping, and pipeline tracking.
• Professional conduct, customer‑service orientation, persistence, and attention to detail.
