Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist you will be at the forefront of shaping our clients' social media presence and goals by guiding a talented team to achieve excellence in content creation, community engagement, and performance optimization. You’ll set the direction of client social media strategies, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, and inspire your team to deliver high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage client profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies tailored to client needs.
• Produce organic content, hashtags and adjust campaigns as required.
• Design infographics, flyers, banners and brochures using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.
• Run and optimise paid social media ads (Meta platforms).
• Measure performance through engagement metrics and provide monthly reports.
• Maintain liaison with international clients and coordinate monthly posting calendars.
• Define key performance indicators and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive, Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
• Experience with social media tools such as Canva, Capcut and AI‑based tools.
• Experience running paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Knowledge of Meta paid advertising platforms.
• Creative content creation and strong visual design sense.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
