Senior Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to lead the creation, maintenance and enhancement of responsive websites and web applications for our clients. The role involves working closely with project managers, designers and other developers to deliver high‑quality technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance and enhancement of responsive websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
• Design and implement scalable, secure and high‑performance web solutions based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, developers and stakeholders to plan and deliver effective solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code while adhering to coding standards.
• Integrate and manage APIs, databases and third‑party services.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, performance optimisation and mentor junior developers.
• Own deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, security updates and ongoing technical support.
• Analyse technical challenges, contribute to architecture decisions and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of professional web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Experience with backend technologies like PHP, Laravel or Node.js.
• Knowledge of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Experience with Git and version‑control systems.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
