SEO Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Lead to drive organic growth for a B2B technology company operating in software development, AI, cloud, cybersecurity and digital transformation. The role combines technical SEO expertise with content strategy, semantic SEO and AI‑powered search optimization to turn organic search into a steady source of qualified traffic and leads.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall SEO strategy, prioritising initiatives based on business impact and search opportunity.
• Lead technical SEO audits, resolve crawling, indexing and performance issues, and support website launches and migrations.
• Develop content and semantic SEO plans, create topical maps, and provide SEO briefs to content teams.
• Design and implement AI‑SEO, GEO and AEO strategies to improve visibility in emerging search experiences.
• Align SEO work with conversion goals, optimise landing‑page experience and analyse user behaviour to remove conversion barriers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, including senior or leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record with B2B, SaaS or enterprise technology websites.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, semantic SEO and information architecture.
• Experience driving SEO‑led lead generation and conversion‑focused optimisation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
