About the role
Motive is looking for a Spanish‑speaking SMB Account Manager to grow and retain its small‑business customer base. You will work with a fast‑growing SaaS platform that helps safety, operations and finance teams manage fleets, drivers and equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Build executive relationships with SMB clients and uncover opportunities for expansion.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and align Motive’s solutions.
- Deliver product demos and presentations to fleet managers and strategic SMB accounts.
- Collaborate with customer success, support, product specialists, sales engineers and data analytics to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
- Drive contract renewals, proactively engaging clients to minimize churn.
- Identify and resolve issues, applying critical thinking to choose optimal solutions.
- Meet and exceed revenue quotas and business goals.
- Stay informed on market trends and provide feedback to improve the platform.
Required profile
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably with SMB customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
- Coachable, receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment.
- High attention to detail and strong technical aptitude.
