SQA Engineer - Automation

About the role

We’re looking for a QA Engineer with both automated and manual testing skills to join our rapidly expanding team. Quality Assurance at Eurus Technologies acts as the gatekeeper of excellent product delivery, ensuring all releases, hot‑fixes, and patches are error‑free, high‑quality, and deliver real value to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents and provide timely feedback.
• Execute all levels of testing (system, integration, regression, etc.).
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well‑structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open‑source tools.
• Identify, record, document and track bugs throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
• Track quality‑assurance metrics such as defect density and open defect counts.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new testing tools and strategies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in both automated and manual testing.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Katalon Studio, Spectron).
• Experience testing Web APIs using Postman or SoapUI.
• Good knowledge of load and performance testing (JMeter, k6, Locust).
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Technical writing skills for use cases, test cases, traceability matrices and GUI documentation.
• Experience with test‑management tools such as TestRail, Jira or Asana.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering or Computer Science.
