Store Manager - Karim Block Outlet, Lahore

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a Store Manager for its Karim Block outlet in Lahore, Pakistan. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising and store operations. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach staff to deliver the best possible experience for every customer.
• Develop strategies to grow sales, hit targets and maximise profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop and motivate the team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for everyone.

Required profile

• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co., the retail industry and the brand heritage (3+ years of store management experience required).
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), move around constantly, kneel, carry items, reach overhead and climb ladders.
