Supply Chain Executive / Pharmacist

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive / Pharmacist will oversee inventory replenishment, order processing and the safe delivery of pharmaceutical products. The role combines logistics expertise with pharmacy compliance to ensure products reach customers in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales order processing, generate delivery notes and coordinate transport.
• Participate in S&OP, demand planning and forecast consolidation with internal and external teams.
• Track daily shipment updates and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring compliance with drug sale and medical device licensing.
• Control storage conditions (temperature, humidity) and maintain related log sheets and data‑logger reports.
• Conduct monthly and random physical verification of stock by batch and expiry.
• Oversee proper labeling, stacking, palletising and quarantine of unsaleable or expired items.
• Supervise destruction of expired stock and support internal/external audits.
• Handle regulatory documentation such as AD certificates, DRAP approvals and safety label changes.

Required profile

• Pharmacy qualification or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of drug sale, medical device licensing and GMP requirements.
• Experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation and batch tracking.
• Ability to work with temperature‑controlled storage and pest‑control procedures.
