System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator to lead technical support for our internal team and UK clients from our Lahore office. You will own the support function, handling incidents from first contact to resolution while communicating professionally in English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ to third‑line remote support to internal and client users.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online and on‑premises Active Directory.
• Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure, including Hyper‑V, RDS, FSLogix and file servers.
• Manage Windows device lifecycle via Microsoft Intune.
• Monitor, patch and maintain endpoints using our RMM platform.
• Configure and maintain pfSense/OPNsense firewalls, Ubiquiti/UniFi networks, VLANs, VPNs, DNS and DHCP.
• Handle endpoint security tools, backup and disaster recovery, and PSA/ticketing system.
• Document technical procedures and support Linux servers as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English for direct UK client interaction.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Proven ability to work independently and resolve complex issues.

• Windows 11, Windows Server 2022/2025, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune.
• Hyper‑V, Remote Desktop Services, FSLogix, Windows file servers.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, routing, NAT.
• pfSense/OPNsense firewall configuration.
• Ubiquiti/UniFi network deployment and management.
• PowerShell scripting, basic Bash scripting.
• Linux/Unix command‑line skills (Debian/Ubuntu).
• RMM platform usage and PSA/ticketing systems.
