Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead technology‑focused projects from conception through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. This role serves as the primary technical subject‑matter expert within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that align client requirements with company goals.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and produce detailed status reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate managers, developers, SQAs, and designers across all phases, from design to implementation.
• Apply Agile methodologies to guarantee quality delivery within allocated timelines.
• Analyze project economics, provide cost‑benefit feedback, and approve beneficial plan modifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6–12 years of software development experience with 3–4 years in a project or development management role.
• Proven experience leading offshore development teams and mentoring technical talent.
• Professional Project Management certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience implementing at least one Agile framework (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Experience with mobile and web application development projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
