About the role

We are looking for motivated HR professionals, recruiters or consultants to join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to your network of hiring teams and help them improve their recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiting and hiring decision‑makers in your professional network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows and answer basic usage questions.
• Collect feedback from new users to inform product improvements.
• Earn commissions for every successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former experience as an HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed schedule or quota.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
