Technical Marketing Manager – PPC & SEO

About the role

AutoLeap is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to lead its PPC and SEO teams within the Marketing Services division. You will own day‑to‑day delivery, people management, and process automation for a large portfolio of auto‑repair shop clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the PPC and SEO teams’ workload, performance, and goals across many client accounts.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, weekly team check‑ins, and client‑facing touchpoints to ensure consistent account attention.
• Identify and implement workflow, reporting, and automation improvements, including AI‑driven tools.
• Coordinate with Onboarding, Web, and Social teams on shared accounts and client needs.
• Track and report team performance and account health on a regular cadence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in both PPC and SEO.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing a team, preferably in an agency or in‑house multi‑account environment.
• Comfortable using call‑tracking tools, local SEO platforms (e.g., BrightLocal), and PPC management tools.
• Proficient with AI tools for reporting, content creation, or process efficiency.
• Strong inclination to systemize and automate repetitive work.
• Experience with local services ads, small‑business or SaaS marketing.
• Positive, collaborative, detail‑oriented, and growth‑focused mindset.
