About the role

Furqan Migration Advisor Private Limited, based in Islamabad, is looking for a Visa Consultant to guide clients through immigration and visa processes. The role involves consulting with clients, assessing their eligibility, and managing documentation from start to finish. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring accurate and timely case handling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to understand clients’ travel, study, work, or migration objectives.
• Review client profiles and identify suitable visa pathways and required documentation.
• Prepare, organize, and verify application forms and supporting documents.
• Communicate procedural updates, timelines, and document needs to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to track case progress.
• Maintain confidential client records and follow compliance and quality procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in visa policies, application procedures, and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Knowledge of visa, immigration, or travel documentation processes.
• Strong client consultation, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assess applicant profiles and match them with appropriate visa categories.
• Attention to detail, follow‑up, and case‑tracking abilities.
• Professional written communication and clear explanation of complex procedures.
• Ethical handling of confidential information and ability to meet deadlines.
• Customer‑focused approach with sound judgment and problem‑solving skills.
