About the role
We are looking for a VoIP Engineer with solid experience in Asterisk‑based applications and VoIP technologies to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and deploy Asterisk and related platforms such as GoAutoDial, Vicidial, Vicibox and FreePBX.
- Troubleshoot and maintain VoIP systems, including SIP, RTP, QoS and codec issues.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Good time‑management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Team‑player mindset.

- Linux operating system and command‑line proficiency
