Executive Business Development

About the role

PTCL is seeking an Executive Business Development professional to drive bulk‑sale deals and pre‑network deployment initiatives across Pakistan. The role involves identifying high‑rise building and new society opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and representing PTCL at networking events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business leads for bulk‑sale deals, targeting high‑rise buildings and emerging residential societies.
• Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure memorandums of understanding with property owners and bulk‑deal clients.
• Oversee the full deal lifecycle from identification through deployment and customer onboarding, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, legal, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth implementation and fulfillment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably within the telecom sector.

Required skills

• Telecom infrastructure and network knowledge.
• Product and service technical awareness.
• Cost and deployment estimation and planning skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM, business intelligence, and data for decision‑making.
