AC Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

Kickstart, Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator, is looking for an experienced AC Technician to join its Islamabad team. You will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of air‑conditioning and HVAC systems across our coworking locations, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and commission all types of air‑conditioning and HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs promptly, and document all actions.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate service records and coordinate with the broader maintenance team.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in AC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AC and HVAC systems.
• Technical certification or course in AC maintenance is a plus.
• Experience in reputable organisations or the hospitality sector is preferred.
