Academic Facilitator (Full-time)

About the role

The Academic Facilitator will join Benchmark Junior School's G.T Road Campus in Rawalpindi to deliver engaging, student‑centered lessons. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on fostering academic excellence, creativity, and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
• Support individualized learning by adapting instruction to diverse student needs.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain effective classroom management and a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Assist in curriculum development and integration of modern educational tools.

Required profile

• Professional teaching certification or relevant educational background.
• Previous experience in teaching or academic facilitation is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to inspire curiosity and active participation among students.
