Academic Lead – Curriculum & Teacher Training

About the role

Fulcrum, on behalf of its client in the education sector, is looking for an Academic Lead to drive academic excellence in Karachi. The role focuses on curriculum development, program design, quality assurance, and teacher training within a Project‑Based Learning framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the academic team to achieve high standards.
• Design and review SNC‑aligned Project‑Based Learning (PBL) programs.
• Ensure academic quality across learning resources, assessments, and training materials.
• Conduct teacher training sessions at partner schools.
• Develop academic content, rubrics, worksheets, and instructional resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for effective program implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, teacher training, or academic coordination.
• Strong understanding of SNC learning outcomes and PBL methodologies.
• Excellent communication, writing, and facilitation skills.
• Experience leading academic teams or educational projects is highly preferred.
