Account Executive - B2B Sales (Fintech)

About the role

The client is a startup that helps B2B and SaaS companies grow by building and managing offshore sales and customer onboarding teams. They are seeking a proactive Account Executive with fintech platform expertise to engage potential business customers, guide them through registration, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential business customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels, explaining the fintech platform’s solutions.
• Guide interested businesses through the registration process, resolve basic sign‑up questions, and flag platform issues.
• Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline records, providing regular updates and sales reports to the manager.
• Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing, and platform updates to enhance sales pitches.
• Collaborate with support and other teams to ensure smooth hand‑over once a client is onboarded.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or fintech.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence making outbound calls.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work towards outreach and signup targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Google Chat.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and dashboards.
• Basic understanding of B2B cross‑border payments platforms.
