Account Manager – Client Retention & Growth

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead client retention and growth for our digital marketing agency partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, develop personalised plans and use data‑driven insights to minimise churn and expand account value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute retention strategies to reduce churn and build long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with clients to define goals and create customised account plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing concerns and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Identify client pain points, propose tailored solutions and drive ongoing value creation.
• Spot upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase account revenue.
• Provide continuous support and resources to help clients succeed.
• Analyse client data and feedback to optimise strategies and inform future planning.
• Develop and maintain reports that track client activity and measure retention effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing key accounts, preferably with marketing agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing agency operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems and make data‑driven decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
