Account Manager – Client Services (Creative/Digital Agency)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our agency’s clients in Karachi. The role involves building strong relationships, translating client needs into clear briefs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal creative, digital, and production teams.
• Gather client requirements, prepare project briefs and communicate them effectively.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure on‑time completion.
• Handle client feedback, manage revisions and guarantee client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional business.
• Prepare reports, presentations and regular client communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably within a creative, digital or advertising agency.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
