Account Manager - Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Sales will support revenue growth by assisting in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales execution within the corporate segment of a dynamic telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and market share objectives.
• Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach to expand the corporate and SME customer base.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations alongside senior team members.
• Execute pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, ensuring smooth onboarding, deployment coordination, and service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, analyze customer data, and maintain updated records of sales activities, contracts, and client profiles.
• Coordinate with internal departments including pre‑sales, project management, finance, and operations to ensure seamless service execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field from a reputable institution.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
