Accountant / Accounts Executive

About the role

Suzuki Motorways, a leading automotive showroom in Karachi, is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage daily financial transactions and support accurate reporting across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and expenses with precision.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices and supporting documentation.
• Perform bank, cash, customer, supplier and inter‑departmental reconciliations.
• Monitor receivables and payables, following up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare routine summaries, schedules and reports for management review.
• Assist with month‑end closing, audits, budgeting and tax documentation.
• Coordinate with showroom, sales, procurement and administration teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of bookkeeping, double‑entry accounting and reconciliation procedures.
• Ability to prepare and verify invoices, receipts, payment records and expense claims.
• Strong numerical accuracy, document control and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal departments and external vendors.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines and work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic financial reporting).
• Experience with accounting software or computerized financial systems (preferred).

What we offer

• Salary range PKR 27,000‑35,000 per month.
• Full‑time morning shift.
• On‑site work in Karachi.
