About the role
Edge is launching a Finance vertical and seeks an Accountant Analyst to manage month‑end and year‑end close processes for assigned entities. This full‑time remote position works with North American clients and offers the chance to grow within a global talent network.
Key responsibilities
- Own month‑end and year‑end close cycles, preparing financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
- Perform detailed variance analysis, review complex journal entries, and maintain balance‑sheet integrity through reconciliations.
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting, and mentor junior accountants.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from a reputable university.
- 2 to 4 years of professional accounting experience with knowledge of US GAAP.
- ACC A or CA finalist, strong understanding of accrual accounting, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
