Senior Equity Research Analyst

About the role

Chase Securities seeks a highly motivated Senior Equity Research Analyst to strengthen its research team. The role focuses on delivering in‑depth equity research and actionable investment ideas for institutional and retail clients in Pakistan’s equity market.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed equity research reports, including company initiations, earnings reviews, sector outlooks and investment strategy papers.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models covering income statements, balance sheets, cash flows and valuation frameworks.
• Conduct fundamental analysis of listed companies, assessing performance, financial strength, growth prospects and investment risks.
• Perform valuations using DCF, relative valuation and other methodologies to generate target prices and recommendations.
• Monitor corporate results, economic developments, industry trends and market movements to spot investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and trading teams to communicate insights and market views.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of equity research experience, preferably with a brokerage or asset‑management firm.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into clear investment insights.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
