Accountant

About the role

HeavenBlu (Pvt.) Ltd., a food and beverage company that produces VONABLU bottled drinking water and provides delivery services, is looking for a full‑time Accountant at its Taxila office. The role supports accurate financial record‑keeping across sales, purchases, production, inventory and delivery activities.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily transactions, invoices, receipts, payments and expenses.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, customer and supplier accounts.
• Assist with month‑end closing, financial summaries, budgeting and management reports.
• Monitor inventory‑related accounting records and coordinate with operations on discrepancies.
• Support tax documentation, audit preparation and compliance.
• Review delivery collections and ensure proper recording of customer payments.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of bookkeeping, general‑ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
• Ability to prepare vouchers, invoices, payment records and expense schedules.
• Strong attention to detail when handling cash, inventory, sales and purchasing records.
• Good communication, confidentiality and time‑management skills.
• Capability to work independently from the Taxila office and meet reporting deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, structured worksheets).
• Accounting software or computerized bookkeeping systems.
