Accounting Trainer & Consultant (Afternoon Shift)

About the role

The Accounting Trainer and Consultant will join Professional Careers Training & Recruitment Ltd’s Lahore office on a full‑time, afternoon/evening shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM). Based in Johar Town, the role focuses on delivering high‑impact accounting training and providing post‑training support to ensure trainees can apply their skills in real‑world settings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized training sessions on bookkeeping, financial accounting, VAT, payroll processing and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage 50, Xero).
• Create engaging learning materials such as presentations, hands‑on exercises and comprehensive guides.
• Assess trainee progress, give constructive feedback and track attendance and performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with IFRS and other accounting standards, integrating updates into course content.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to tailor training to diverse learning styles.
• Provide post‑training guidance and support to ensure skill retention.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos to potential clients, working with the sales team to meet targets.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Professional communication and client relationship management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and Sage 50 accounting software.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and local accounting regulations.
