Accounts & Admin Manager

About the role

Mir & Sons, a medical‑devices supplier in Rawalpindi, is looking for an Accounts & Admin Manager to lead daily accounting and administrative functions. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, and smooth coordination with suppliers, customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping, vouchers, ledgers, bank records, receivables, payables and cash transactions.
• Prepare periodic financial summaries, reconciliations, budgets and management reports.
• Monitor invoices, purchase documentation, inventory records and payment schedules.
• Coordinate administrative workflows, office documentation, procurement support and vendor communication.
• Organise physical and digital records in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, tax documentation, compliance follow‑up and management requests.
• Liaise with medical‑device suppliers and service teams while safeguarding confidential information.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping and financial documentation.
• Experience with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to manage invoices, purchase records, receivables, payables, cash controls and bank transactions accurately.
• Effective administrative coordination, filing, scheduling, vendor follow‑up and document management.
• High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, confidentiality and deadline ownership.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks independently in a medical‑device business environment.
