Accounts Receivable Accountant – Fluent English, Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage the full AR cycle, ensure timely collections and support cash‑flow reporting. The role reports to the Finance Manager and will supervise a small AR team while collaborating with sales and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing, collections, account reconciliations and month‑end closing for all customer accounts.
• Issue customer invoices and statements on schedule and monitor overdue balances.
• Develop and execute collection strategies, resolve billing disputes and manage credit limits.
• Prepare aging, collection performance and receivable trend reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, maintain audit trails and support internal/external audits.
• Identify process improvements and support ERP/accounting system enhancements related to receivables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in accounts receivable, including team supervision.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA, CMA) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP or similar accounting systems.
