About the role

The Adjunct Faculty Member will join DUET to deliver high‑quality lectures, labs and tutorials in their engineering or technology specialization. This full‑time, on‑site position involves active participation in departmental meetings and academic events.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and deliver course materials, including syllabi, assignments and assessments.
Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate academic records.
Hold regular office hours, advise and mentor students.
Contribute to curriculum enhancement in line with departmental and university standards.

Required profile

Advanced academic qualification (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant engineering or technology discipline.
Demonstrated university‑level teaching experience with ability to design outcomes‑based courses.
Effective communication, interpersonal skills and commitment to inclusive teaching.

Required skills

Proficiency with educational technologies and learning management systems.
Strong classroom management and student assessment abilities.
