About the role
We are hiring a Field Trainer to build the capabilities of our nationwide field staff (Merchandisers & Brand Ambassadors) in the FMCG Non-Food category.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training across classroom, on‑ground field, online and e‑learning formats.
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to continuously improve field performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- Experience in FMCG Non‑Food sector.
- Proven experience in classroom, online & e‑learning and on‑ground field training.
Required skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
