About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Admin Officer to oversee daily administrative functions for our Karachi office. The role involves managing attendance, employee records, and ensuring smooth office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate attendance tracking, maintaining employee records, and supporting the HR team with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office administration and provide daily operational support.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory records.
- Handle staff coordination and prepare administrative reports.
- Support HR processes such as onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Ensure discipline and smooth functioning of the workplace.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Strong knowledge of office administration practices.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
Required skills
- Practical experience with the Timetrax attendance management system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
