Administrative Coordinator – Pakistan

About the role

The Administrative Coordinator will report to the Head of Mission and lead the finance and administrative teams within the mission in Pakistan. This position supports the mission’s operational strategy by ensuring robust financial management and effective staff supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to operational strategy and decision‑making by analysing challenges and proposing solutions.
• Oversee accounting procedures, ensure accurate data entry and manage the preparation of project and annual budgets.
• Define and update cash‑management procedures, perform bank reconciliations and organise fund transfers as required.
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding and performance management of administrative and finance staff.
• Compile and submit regular financial and administrative reports.

Required profile

• Experience in finance and administration, preferably within an NGO or development context.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven capacity to manage budgets, cash flow and banking operations.
• Leadership experience in supervising and developing staff.
