AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and operate scalable backend systems, APIs, and AI‑powered workflows. The role combines deep backend engineering expertise with practical experience in large language model (LLM) applications, automation, payment processing, and third‑party integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high‑performance backend services, RESTful APIs, and data models using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop, deploy, and operate AI‑driven agents, workflows, and retrieval systems that leverage LLMs.
• Implement and support payment and billing functionality, ensuring security and compliance.
• Create and manage background jobs, workflow orchestration, and asynchronous processing pipelines.
• Own features end‑to‑end—from requirements gathering to production support.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience building and supporting production backend systems.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to production independently.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.
