AI Ethics Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Ethics Consultant to guide the responsible design, deployment, and governance of AI solutions across the organization. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify ethical risks, ensure compliance, and promote trustworthy AI that aligns with business goals and societal values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Conduct AI risk and ethical impact assessments for new initiatives.
• Evaluate AI systems for fairness, accountability, transparency, privacy, and explainability.
• Identify and mitigate biases in models, datasets, and decision‑making processes.
• Collaborate with leaders, data scientists, engineers, legal, HR, and compliance teams.
• Facilitate workshops and provide ethical guidance throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Design and oversee AI governance reviews, audits, and monitoring frameworks.
• Create and deliver AI ethics training programs and educational materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI governance, technology risk, compliance, ethics, or data privacy.
• Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and data governance principles.
• Knowledge of AI ethics frameworks, risk management methodologies, and governance models.
• Familiarity with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements affecting AI technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
