AI-Led Senior Copywriter

About the role

We are looking for a senior copywriter who blends deep copywriting expertise with AI‑driven tools to shape the verbal identities of our early‑stage ventures. Working closely with founders, product marketers, strategists and designers, you will co‑create compelling narratives that inspire, sell and scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brand tone and voice development across multiple startups, producing copy for websites, landing pages, pitch decks, product UIs, ads and social campaigns.
• Collaborate with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copy.ai and Jasper to refine, rewrite and elevate outputs, while maintaining a human touch.
• Partner with Brand and Narrative teams to build storytelling systems that work across performance, organic and earned media.
• Develop creative concepts, campaign lines and naming systems, and run A/B tests on messaging frameworks to iterate based on data.
• Guide junior writers and freelancers, and train AI models to reflect your tone.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in top creative agencies or startups, with a portfolio that spans brand books, launch campaigns, taglines, UX/UI copy and long‑form content.
• Strategic thinker comfortable building brand platforms and writing direct‑response copy.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑moving, venture‑backed environments and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Passion for language, culture and the evolving role of AI in storytelling.

Required skills

• Fluency with AI copy tools (ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Jasper) and prompt‑engineering workflows.
• Strong command of copywriting across formats and channels.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests for messaging.
