About the role

As the AI Systems & Automation Strategist at Savvital, you will act as the chief architect of the company’s internal operating system, turning a modern legal services firm into a scalable, AI‑powered organization. This high‑impact, builder‑focused role blends system design, workflow automation, and AI governance to boost client experience, attorney productivity, and overall growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI‑driven systems across Actionstep (CRM), Microsoft 365, and QuickBooks ecosystems.
• Identify inefficiencies and create end‑to‑end automated workflows (Intake → Drafting → Signing → Funding).
• Integrate platforms using APIs, low‑code/no‑code tools (Zapier, Make) and custom scripting.
• Implement human‑in‑the‑loop validation to ensure legal accuracy, compliance, and ethical AI use.
• Develop real‑time dashboards for leadership to monitor KPIs such as revenue, conversion likelihood, and marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and marketing teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in AI development, automation, or systems engineering.
• Proven track record of building and integrating AI‑driven business solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Experience in LegalTech, FinTech, or professional services is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong experience with LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Expert‑level use of Zapier, Make, and API integrations.
• Python programming (preferred).
• Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced prompt engineering and AI‑assisted rapid prototyping.
