AI Trainer

About the role

The Lyallpur Institute of Management & Sciences is seeking a full‑time AI Trainer to work on‑site in Gojra. You will help improve AI models by creating, reviewing, and refining high‑quality training data and prompts.

Key responsibilities

• Review, refine, and create training data and prompts following detailed guidelines.
• Analyze AI outputs, provide corrections, feedback, and document edge cases.
• Collaborate with academic and technical teams to design domain‑specific datasets.
• Maintain consistency across projects and ensure content is accurate, ethical, and culturally appropriate.
• Support the development of new AI use cases for education and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with AI tools and methodologies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent written communication with accurate grammar.
• Basic technical literacy in AI concepts and digital tools.
• High attention to detail, good time‑management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Education) or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to ethical AI development and respect for diversity and inclusion.
