AI Workflow Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented AI Workflow Analyst to work with organizations in documenting, analyzing, and improving their business operations. The role involves using AI tools daily to research, draft, and accelerate delivery of process documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to understand current workflows, observe operations, and identify dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Create detailed workflow maps, process diagrams, SOPs, and capture system walkthroughs for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation and AI implementation opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, present findings, and produce executive summaries for leadership.

Required profile

• Exceptional spoken and written English with strong business communication skills.
• Excellent listening, attention to detail, and ability to learn unfamiliar processes quickly.
• Analytical mindset capable of spotting patterns and inefficiencies.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using AI tools for research, ideation, drafting, and quality checks.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and creating SOPs.
