Amazon Account Manager

About the role

LaunchLab Sol is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to oversee and expand client businesses on Amazon's international marketplaces. The role involves day‑to‑day management of Seller Central accounts, performance monitoring, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts for multiple brands, ensuring compliance and health.
• Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images) and conduct keyword and product research.
• Monitor sales, inventory, pricing, Buy Box performance, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the PPC team to enhance account profitability.
• Analyze sales and business reports, prepare performance reports, and communicate progress to clients.
• Manage promotions, deals, coupons, and seasonal sales strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA, FBM, and marketplace operations.
• Experience with listing optimization, keyword research, inventory management, and account health.
• Ability to analyze business reports and make data‑driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Amazon policies, compliance, and troubleshooting.
