Digital Marketing Instructor

About the role

Edversity, part of the Rapidev Group, is looking for a Digital Marketing Instructor to teach trainees the core skills needed to market businesses online. You will lead daily lectures and practical labs, guiding beginners as they run real campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily lectures and hands‑on labs following the approved curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, slides, campaign briefs, assignments and quizzes.
• Run labs where trainees create and manage social media pages and ad campaigns.
• Track attendance, assess progress and submit reports to the program team.
• Provide extra support sessions for trainees who fall behind and coach them on freelancing profiles, local client work and job applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience in an agency, business or freelance setting.

Required skills

• Managing social media pages and running Meta and Google ad campaigns.
• Basic SEO and Google Analytics knowledge.
• Content creation using Canva and AI tools.
